“Last year, I started as a management trainee at Moos & Butzen. I had the opportunity to get to know all administrative areas, from logistics & sales to production and accounting, and to take over tasks from the respective areas. Additionally, I tackled various challenges for projects, such as more efficient ordering of packaging for food vendors. I have weekly meetings with colleagues, where we discuss the current status of the projects and further progress of the interns. As an intern, I especially appreciated the trust of my colleagues and the flexible and individual process.

I quickly realized that I really enjoyed the field of logistics, especially planning, and that this gave me the opportunity to work more intensively on various challenges in warehouse and transport logistics. After my traineeship, I started in logistics at Moos & Butzen, where I plan the daily import and export trips and communicate with our truck drivers and various shippers.”
